American Computer Resources, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your ACR purchase within the first thirty (30) days, you may return it for a full refund, or an immediate replacement.

packaged product return procedure

In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

To return packaged product, please put the original packing slip in the original carton or a strong box, and tape the package securely. Be sure to include your reason for returning the product and whether you would like a replacement product sent or a refund credited to your account.

For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or any other trackable carrier for shipment. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Refund Note: Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. The specific date the credit will appear on your credit card statement is determined by your credit card company.

All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.
