Warranty Policy:

New Product: American Computer Resources warrants new computer systems and new peripherals for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a new unit fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, ACR will, at its option, repair or replace the unit. This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage from improper installation, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse or non- ACR modifications to the units.

Bulk / Used / Refurbished Product: American Computer Resources warrants all bulk,used, or refurbished product for a maximum of ninety days from date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the invoice. All bulk, used, and refurbished warranties have the same restrictions as new product. Warranty Service: You must contact the Service Department at ACR to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return defective or DOA units. Units must be returned within the warranty period and you must provide proof of purchase. When returning units, the customer agrees to insure the unit, prepay the shipping charges to the ACR warehouse, and use the original shipping container. ACR will pay the freight back to the customer.
